Working Principle


Feeding: Bulk waste plastics enter the heavy-duty cutting chamber via the gravity hopper (optimized for conveyor or manual feeding).


Shearing: Inside the chamber, the high-speed rotating blades mesh with the strategically positioned stationary (counter) blades, generating powerful dual-shear cutting forces.


Sizing: Material is continuously sheared until it is small enough to pass through the screen openings. Particles larger than the mesh are swept back up for another cutting cycle.
