The working principle of the plastic dewatering machine is mainly based on the centrifugal force principle. The material enters the inside of the dewatering machine through the inlet, and under the action of centrifugal force of high-speed rotation, the water in the plastic is quickly thrown out. The specific process is as follows:
Feed: The cleaned plastic chips, film, or granules enter the dehydrator through the feed opening.
High-speed rotation: The rotating shaft inside the centrifugal dryer rotates at a high speed, generating a strong centrifugal force.
Moisture dumping: Under the action of centrifugal force, the moisture on the surface of the plastic is quickly dumped and discharged out of the machine through the drainage port.
Drying process: The dehydrated plastic is discharged through the discharge port and goes to the next step of processing.
